4Regulated status and registrations

PROXIMITÉ PATRIMOINE is registered with the French single register of insurance, banking and finance intermediaries (ORIAS) under number 25 000 701. This registration can be checked at any time on www.orias.fr.

In this capacity it carries out the following regulated activities:

  • Financial investment adviser (CIF), within the meaning of articles L.541-1 et seq. of the French Monetary and Financial Code, registered with CNCEF Patrimoine, a professional association approved by the French financial markets authority (AMF), under member number 24/859301;
  • Insurance or reinsurance broker (COA) and insurance intermediary agent (MIA), within the meaning of article L.511-1 of the French Insurance Code, member of CNCEF Assurance.

5Professional liability insurance and financial guarantee

PROXIMITÉ PATRIMOINE does not receive, hold or handle any funds, securities or assets belonging to its clients.

6Nature of advice and remuneration policy

PROXIMITÉ PATRIMOINE provides financial investment advice on a non-independent basis within the meaning of article 325-5 of the General Regulation of the Autorité des marchés financiers. As such, it is authorised to receive and retain remuneration paid by the providers of the solutions it recommends.

Its analysis nevertheless covers a broad range of financial instruments available on the market, sufficiently diversified in terms of type, issuer and provider. PROXIMITÉ PATRIMOINE has no capital link with any asset management company, insurer or structured product provider, and is under no sales obligation towards any of its partners.

Its remuneration may take the following forms, alone or combined: entry fees deducted from contributions and agreed before each subscription; retrocessions on assets paid annually by the provider; distribution commissions included in the subscription price of structured products; and, where applicable, fees invoiced directly to the client on the basis of a prior quote accepted in writing.

A detailed breakdown, in euros and as a percentage, of all costs and charges borne by the client is provided in the initial relationship document, in the engagement letter and in the suitability statement given before any subscription, then each year in the cost and charges information document.

7Prevention and management of conflicts of interest

PROXIMITÉ PATRIMOINE has drawn up and keeps up to date a map of situations likely to give rise to a conflict of interest. Where a conflict of interest cannot be avoided or managed through organisational measures, the client is informed in writing, in sufficient detail to make an informed decision, before any action is taken. This map is available on request.

8Complaints and mediation

Any complaint may be sent by post to PROXIMITÉ PATRIMOINE, 471 Chemin des Carpenèdes, Les Tilleuls, Villa 21, 06580 Pégomas, France, or by email to contact@proximitepatrimoine.com. Receipt is acknowledged within ten working days and a reply is given within a maximum of two months.

Consumer mediator

In accordance with articles L.616-1 and R.616-1 of the French Consumer Code, PROXIMITÉ PATRIMOINE has appointed a consumer mediator through the framework agreement concluded on 2 December 2025 between the CNCEF and the Centre de Médiation et d'Arbitrage de Paris. This mediator handles disputes relating to insurance and intermediation activities.

AMF mediator

For disputes relating to the financial investment advice activity, the client may refer the matter to the AMF mediator (17 place de la Bourse, 75082 Paris cedex 02) www.amf-france.org/fr/le-mediateur-de-lamf.

Conditions for referral

Referral to the mediator is free of charge for the client. It requires that a written complaint has first been sent to PROXIMITÉ PATRIMOINE and has not received a satisfactory reply, or no reply within the time limits stated above. The request must be made within one year of that written complaint, and no legal proceedings may be under way on the same dispute. The client remains free to accept or refuse mediation, and the solution proposed at its conclusion.

9Personal data protection

PROXIMITÉ PATRIMOINE, as data controller, processes personal data collected on this website in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and the amended French law no. 78-17 of 6 January 1978.

Data collected and purposes

Contact formTitle, surname, first name, email address, telephone number and message content, in order to respond to the request and, where applicable, arrange a first meeting.
Audience measurementBrowsing data (pages viewed, duration, source of visit, device type), in order to produce visitor statistics and improve the website.

Legal bases

  • Processing of contact form data is based on thelegitimate interest of PROXIMITÉ PATRIMOINE in responding to requests addressed to it, and on pre-contractual measures taken at the request of the data subject.
  • Non-exempt audience measurement and any commercial communication are based on the consent of the data subject, which may be withdrawn at any time.
  • Processing relating to the start of a business relationship is also based on compliance withlegal obligations, in particular regarding the fight against money laundering and terrorist financing (articles L.561-1 et seq. of the French Monetary and Financial Code).

Recipients

The data is intended only for authorised persons within PROXIMITÉ PATRIMOINE. It may be shared with its technical processors (host, client relationship management software provider, audience measurement tool), acting on instructions and bound by confidentiality, and, in the context of a business relationship, with the insurance companies and financial institutions concerned. No data is sold or rented to third parties for commercial purposes.

Retention periods

  • Prospect with no follow-up : three years from the last contact.
  • Client : for the entire duration of the business relationship, then five years from its end, in accordance with the retention obligations applicable to financial intermediaries.
  • Trackers and audience measurement : thirteen months at most; data derived from them is kept for no more than twenty-five months.

Your rights

Everyone has the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, object to and port their data, as well as the right to give instructions on what happens to it after their death. These rights may be exercised by email to contact@proximitepatrimoine.com or by post to the registered office address, together with proof of identity. A reply is given within one month.

In the event of a persistent disagreement, a complaint may be lodged with the Commission nationale de l'informatique et des libertés (CNIL) (3 place de Fontenoy, TSA 80715, 75334 Paris cedex 07) www.cnil.fr.

Data is hosted and processed within the European Union. No transfer outside the European Union takes place without appropriate contractual safeguards.

10Cookies and trackers

The website uses cookies that are strictly necessary for its operation, which do not require consent, as well as audience measurement cookies.

Audience measurement cookies are only set after the user has given consent through the banner displayed on the first visit. Consent may be withdrawn at any time, as easily as it was given, using the preferences link available in the footer.
