Privacy policy

Data controller

Data collected on this website is processed by Proximité Patrimoine, SARLU with share capital of €1,000, Grasse Trade and Companies Register 934 000 142, with its registered office in Pégomas (06580), represented by its manager Julien Parazines. For any question about your data: contact@proximitepatrimoine.com or 06 68 59 60 56.

Data collected and purposes

The meeting request form collects your surname and first name, telephone number, email address, the wealth topic behind your request and, where applicable, the free-text message you write. This information has a single purpose: to contact you in order to arrange a first conversation and prepare it properly.

The calculators offered on the website run entirely in your browser. The amounts you enter are not transmitted, stored or visible to the firm.

Legal framework and legal bases

The processing described in this policy is carried out in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data (GDPR) and the amended French law no. 78-17 of 6 January 1978, known as the Data Protection Act.

Each processing operation is based on one of the following grounds:

  • Article 6.1.a GDPR: consent. Sending the meeting request form and, where applicable, setting audience measurement cookies are based on your consent, given freely, specifically, in an informed and unambiguous way through the checkbox before sending and through the banner displayed when you arrive on the website. You may withdraw it at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out before the withdrawal.
  • Article 6.1.b GDPR: performance of a contract. If you become a client of the firm, processing your financial data is necessary to perform the engagement letter and the contracts taken out through the firm, as well as the pre-contractual steps taken at your request.
  • Article 6.1.c GDPR: legal obligation. The obligations applying to financial investment advisers and insurance brokers require certain information to be collected and kept: gathering the client's knowledge and experience and assessing suitability under article L. 541-8-1 of the French Monetary and Financial Code and article 325-7 of the AMF General Regulation, and due diligence and record-keeping obligations under articles L. 561-5 et seq. of the same code on combating money laundering and terrorist financing.
  • Article 6.1.f GDPR: legitimate interest. The firm has a legitimate interest in responding to requests addressed to it and in keeping a record of its exchanges for as long as necessary to defend its rights.

No automated individual decision within the meaning of article 22 GDPR is made on the basis of your data. No transfer outside the European Union takes place for form data; for audience measurement, any transfers are governed by the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.

Recipients

Your data is accessible to Julien Parazines alone. It is not sold, rented or resold to third parties, and is not used for marketing on behalf of others.

Messages from the form are technically routed by the provider Web3Forms (Web3Forms LLC), which acts as a processor and keeps the content of requests only for the time strictly needed to transmit them. The website is hosted by Hostinger International Ltd, whose servers are located in the European Union. Audience measurement, when you consent to it, is provided by Google Ireland Limited.

If you become a client of the firm, your data may be shared with the insurance companies, asset managers and banks strictly concerned by the transactions carried out, and with supervisory authorities and anti-money laundering bodies in the cases provided for by law.

Retention period

Requests that do not lead to a relationship are kept for three years from the last contact, then deleted. Client data is kept for the duration of the contractual relationship, then five years after it ends under the documentary obligations of financial investment advisers, and up to ten years for documents subject to anti-money laundering obligations.

Your rights

In accordance with articles 15 to 22 GDPR, you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict and port your data, and the right to object to its processing. These rights, together with the right to lodge a complaint under article 77 GDPR, may be exercised simply by email to contact@proximitepatrimoine.com ; you will receive a reply within one month.

If you are not satisfied with the reply, you may contact the Commission nationale de l'informatique et des libertés (CNIL), 3 place de Fontenoy, TSA 80715, 75334 Paris Cedex 07, or lodge a complaint online at www.cnil.fr.

Cookies and audience measurement

When you arrive on the website, a banner offers you the choice of accepting or refusing audience measurement. No tracker is activated before you choose, and refusal is treated as a final answer: you are not asked again on each visit.

If you accept, the website sets Google Analytics 4 cookies (measurement ID G-D22FNXXK9T) to count visits, pages viewed and traffic sources. The IP address is anonymised, advertising and personalisation features are disabled, and no data is used for profiling or resale. These cookies expire no later than fourteen months after being set.

Your choice is stored locally in your browser. To change it, clear the site data for this domain in your browser settings: the banner will reappear on your next visit.

There are no advertising cookies, no social media buttons and no third-party trackers other than the one described above on the website.

Security

The whole website is served over HTTPS. Messages from the form are sent over an encrypted connection and received in a professional mailbox protected by strong authentication.
